1. Service Description

boyorgirl.ai ("the Service") provides AI-powered baby gender predictions based on ultrasound images you upload. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse ultrasound scans and provide a predicted gender with a confidence score.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

This service is for entertainment purposes only. Predictions made by boyorgirl.ai are not medical diagnoses, medical advice, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Our AI analysis should not be used to make any medical, health, or lifestyle decisions.

Always consult your doctor, midwife, or qualified healthcare professional for medical information about your pregnancy, including gender determination.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While our AI model aims for high accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction. Results may be incorrect. Gender prediction from ultrasound images depends on many factors including gestational age, image quality, and foetal position. By using this Service, you acknowledge and accept that predictions may not be correct.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the unborn child, or have been authorised by the parent/guardian to upload the ultrasound image.

5. Payment & Pricing

• The Service charges a one-time fee per prediction as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• You will receive your prediction result immediately after payment.
• Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Refund Policy

Because predictions are delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Predictions you disagree with or that turn out to be incorrect
• Low confidence scores
• Poor image quality affecting results

If you experience a technical error where no prediction was delivered after payment, contact us at [email protected] and we will either deliver your result or issue a refund.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Upload only genuine ultrasound images that you have the right to use
• Not upload images that are not ultrasound scans
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

8. Your Images

Ultrasound images you upload are:

• Sent to an AI model for analysis
• Temporarily stored (up to 1 hour) to complete the prediction
• Permanently deleted after analysis
• Never used for AI training, shared with third parties, or stored long-term

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, boyorgirl.ai and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any incorrect prediction or reliance on prediction results
• Any decision made based on the Service's output
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any loss arising from service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific prediction in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on boyorgirl.ai — including text, design, logos, and code — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
